about me

I am a BABCP Accredited CBT Therapist. I have a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Groupwork, and a background in psychology, public health and business (see below for more details of my qualifications).

My experience includes:

Teens
I work with teenagers from a range of backgrounds, who come to therapy with a wide range of issues which have their roots in their personal, family or school environments.

Adults
My work with adults includes experience of treating short-term problems such as stress at work, and more long-term difficulties such as trauma, anxiety & depression.

Students & young adults
I work with young adults and students living at home and away from home. Work, university and college life can present a number of challenges – settling into a new home town or job, juggling workload, managing the pressure of assessment/exams, struggling with independence, and exposure to drugs and alcohol. This pressure can lead to anxiety, depression, stress and addiction.
